Are You Logged In?

I received an email from a member yesterday expressing concern about collecting Adgitize click points. This member had been visiting sites and assumed that everything was fine. Unfortunately, the member’s cookie had expired and they were no longer logged in.
This has happened to me in the past and I know how frustrating that can be! So, we put in a quick fix which I hope will make everyone happy.
There is a new way to see if you are logged in or not. 
If you see this green image at the bottom of the Adgitize Ad Groups, then you are NOT logged in.
How do you resolve the problem? Easy! Just click the login button on the Adgitize web site and you are back!
What will you see if you are logged in? 
You will see a blue banner at the bottom of the Adgitize Ad Group. It might say “Adgitize Me” or it will give some indicator of how many drops you have made today. It can say, “Adgitize 5″ meaning you have clicked on 5 ads today and it goes on to Adgitize 10, 15, 25, 40 and 60 and higher.
Once you see 100 then you are done visiting sites for today. (Well, you can keep clicking ads if you like but you won’t be rewarded by Adgitize.)

Crazy, i am logged in to the site but the bar keeps showing a green one although some show blue. Hmm

@Vera – We will take a look at it and see what’s going on. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.
We have noticed that before you visit the first Adgitize advertiser in the morning it is showing green. Then it will change over to blue after your first visit.

actually I have two websites. My reason for posting is I am logged in but still seeing GREEN at the bottom of the ads.

@Ron – Have you logged out since a couple of days ago? The reason I asked is we made a change a couple of days ago that you won’t see the effect unless you log out and log back in again. Try that and see if it solves your problem.
If that doesn’t help then let me know what browser type you are using, “FireFox”, “Internet Explorer”, “Safari” or something else.

I am still having problem regarding my clicks not being counted. I already made sure that I am logged in but still the blue bar is not showing. I still see the green Adgitize Me bar on every single Adgitize ad group.
BTW, I am using Firefox.
Hope to have any enlightenment on this.

Are you able to reach the Member’s Lounge and view reports?

I have already clicked on more than 10 ad group but the green bar is still showing up. I am sure I logged in to through the link you have given above. I am able to view reports and the Member’s Lounge. However I am seeing that my Total Publisher Clicks Earned Today: 0.
What else should I do?

Ok, now go to the Member’s Lounge. Choose Reports. Then Choose Blogs Not Clicked Today link under Publishers. Click on of those links. Then click an Adgitize Ad within the new blog that opened.
Then go back to Reports – Publishers – Clicks Earned Today and see if you have registered a click.
If this was successful then continue the process of clicking on a link in the Blogs Not Clicked Today list, find the Adgitize Ad group, click an ad. Then go back and click the next link in the list of Blogs Not Clicked Today.
This should work for you.

it still is not working…
i’m still not seeing that the clicks are being counted… I am logged in that is for sure.. I am a very active ad clicker and I only notice this yesterday… It is only in a matter of few days that I was able to achieve 800 points in a different ad site…

@Anna – The first day with Adgitize you were able to score a click point. You should be able to go to your own site after you log in and click an Adgitize Ad. You are clicking the ads and not the little bar at the bottom of the ad group.
Can you describe for me how you are “clicking ads?” Maybe that will help me help you. Thank you for your patience.

1. Go to the Member’s Login page and then login here.
2. Then after logging in, I go my site and click on the green Adgitize bar below the ad group on my page.
3. Then I go back to the Members Lounge and then went straight to Reports.
4. Then I clicked on Publishers – Clicks Earned Today and it is still showing
Total Publisher Clicks Earned Today: 0
Total Advertisers Available to Click: 101
5. I then go to a friends blog and see that the Adgitize ad group on her site is still showing up the green Adgitize bar below her ad group. Even if I go Blogs Not Clicked Today and try clicking an ad group in any blog from there it still does not work.
I tried to click on other blogs ads and my clicks seems wasted as they are still not being counted.
Another thing I noticed, does the homepage of Adgitize homepage really shows up after each click on an ad group in a blog? I always go back to the homepage after each single click.
I just dont know if I am the only one experiencing this.

@Anna – Thank you for taking the time to write all this down. I think you have given us the clue. Many of us have come from the Entrecard environment where it was important to click on the bar at the bottom of the ads and it would say thank you or something.
Well here at Adgitize you can forget clicking on the bar at the bottom of the ads unless you want to continually end up on the Adgitize Home Page. All you have to do is instead of clicking the bar click the actual ad above the green or blue bar.
It is the ad that is important not the bar. I think this will help tremendously. Let me know.
