How To Score 100 Points a Day in Adgitize

How To Score 100 Points a Day
You have earned a couple of points but now you want to do better. So, the first question is how do you score more than 100 points in the Adgitize Member Network?
It is actually very easy and there are multiple ways to reach 100 points.
- Click on ads within the Adgitize ad network until you see the blue banner at the bottom with the words “Adgitize 100″
- Write an article on your blog about anything you want (as long as it is safe for work). Make sure you have added your rssfeed to each of your blogs in our system.
- Become an Advertiser ( This actually costs some money. )
- Build up traffic to your blog to score page view points
- Build up traffic to your blog to score Ad View points.
Click on ads within the Adgitize ad network
This is an easy way to increase your points each day. Visit our advertiser’s blogs. Each ad you click on scores you one point. Click on 100 or the maximum available that day and you will score 100 points.
As bloggers we recommend you visit multiple blogs each day. It is a great way to interact with the blogosphere and get to know other bloggers. You will find interesting articles and meet some great people. Getting to know other bloggers will open up your personal blogging network and help you to grow your blog.
Write an article on your blog about anything you want
Did you know we reward you for writing articles on your blog? Write an article and we will programmatically verify that you have written an article and give you 100 points for it. So, we are rewarding you for blogging on your blog.
To be valid to score points you must have entered your rss feed into our system. Go to the Member’s Lounge, choose Manage Blogs, choose Edit Blog Info, and enter your rss feed where it says Blog Rss Feed. Make sure you make an entry for each of your active blogs. You can only score 100 points per day for articles whether you write 1 article or 10 articles in a day.
Become an Advertiser
By becoming an advertiser you can gain multiple bonuses. The first bonus is you receive traffic from displaying your ad on over 3,000 blogs within our publisher network. The second bonus is you receive 100 points each day as a paid advertiser. The third bonus is you will receive additional Page View points each day. And the 4th bonus is you will receive extra Ad View points each day.
Build up traffic to your blog to score page view points
Page views and ad view points are difficult to receive 100 points each day. The system is designed so blogs with 100 page views a day will receive a few points and blogs with 10,000 page views a day will score 100 or less points a day. Remember as an advertiser your page view points will go UP each day with an applied bonus.
You can have up to ten Adgitize ads on each blog page.
Build up traffic to your blog to score Ad View points.
Page views and ad view points are difficult to receive 100 points each day. The system is designed so blogs with 100 ad views a day will receive a few points and blogs with 10,000 ad views a day will score 100 or less points a day. Remember as an advertiser your ad view points will go UP each day with an applied bonus.
You can have 2 Adgitize Ad Groups on each blog page. Each ad group is worth 1 ad view each time the page is refreshed. So, it is to your advantage to have 2 ad groups on each page.
How Much Can You Earn Each Day?
So, that is 5 ways to score 100 points a day. I encourage you to score more than 100 points a day.
Score less than 100 points in a day and you will earn 1 cent a day.
Score 100 to 199 points in a day and you will earn 2 or 3 cents a day.
Score 200 to 299 points in a day and you will earn 15 cents to 25 cents a day.
Score 300 or more points in a day and you will earn 76 cents to $1 dollar a day.
These earning figures are from actual earnings on May 5th, 2009. They will vary each day based on revenue from advertising and the number of active publisher members in the program. There is no guarantee that you will earn these amounts.
UPDATED FIGURES
Since we first published this article earnings have changed. Scoring from 26 to 299 points a day have stayed as above. Score less than 26 points a day and you will earn $0.00. You can earn a penny a day by scoring less than 26 points a day and clicking 5 ads a day while logged into Adgitize.
But, once members found out the power of scoring more than 300 points a day then the earnings dropped because more members moved into that category of points.
Score 300 or more points in a day and you will earn 41 cents to 69 cents a day.
So, it is in your best interest to try to score above 300 points each day. You can see that it isn’t that difficult to do and it is even easier if you are an advertiser. I don’t think I would be motivated to earn 3 cents a day. But, with a little effort it is relatively easy to get to 200 points a day.
These earning amounts are low now, but with more advertisers like you the earnings will go up. As you can see this system rewards the members who are actively blogging, visiting other blogs, and advertising. The simple things that make up strong self-sufficient bloggers.
Paid Out $42.61 to ONE Publisher
For the April 2009 publisher payouts the top amount we paid to a single publisher was $42.61. We sent out PayPal checks to 5 people with amounts over $30. Twelve publishers received PayPal amounts over $20. And a large number of other publishers received amounts greater than $10.
This month you can earn these amounts. Score more daily points.

Hi Ken,
Great article! This is the kind of transparency that helps us all work to build your business. As we grow, so does Adgitize.
I was one of the lucky ones who earned more than $20. Gotta work on driving traffic (and I even own a traffic exchange). Off to read about the SEO quiz you have in the forum.

Shari - I don’t consider you one of the “lucky” ones. Adgitize is a very simple business (once you understand it.) You earned more than $20 because you took specific steps over the last 30 days to produce daily (profitable) results.
It is like getting water from a well. We all know (at least if you are my age) that if you crank a pump long enough that water will soon flow from the well. As Zig Ziglar is quick to point out, you may have to “prime the pump” before you receive that refreshing water.
This article can be the “priming the pump” step. Then from there you only have to follow the steps to receive the outputs stated in the article.
You are “lucky” in that you take “ACTION” to reach the desired output and results. (OK I will get off my soapbox now.)

I’m happy to confirm Kens report of a payout of $42.61 as I’m the hard working
blogger that received it !
Thanks Ken, that’s 6 payments in a row all paid on time. I wish some other places would follow your example.
Great minds think alike as I have just today added an article to my blog along the same lines as this one. I have been sitting on it for a week or so waiting on the 6th payout to round out the numbers, but You beat me to it Ken.
No worries, I hope between the various articles we can help all members of Adgitize to build up their earnings and also build Adgitize as the #1 advertising venue on the net for the blogging community.
Way to go, Adgitize!!!!

Well done Rik! Well explained article Ken. I’m one of the proud publisher earned over $20 as well

If I’m not mistaken, the payments may consist of:
1. Earnings from publisher points
2. One time $5 new advertiser Referral
3. $1 advertiser referral
It would be great if we can see this breakdown in our ‘payment report’

I was one of the ones that got over $30 this month. Since the payouts have increased I have simply committed myself to setting aside 30 minutes a day (max.) to click on the ads. There is the added bonus of dropping on those who are in EC (most of them) at the same time.
Other than that I don’t have to do anything extra. Writing posts and trying to increase traffic, I would do anyway.
Plus, let’s not forget the extra traffic to the blog through Adgitize. For the month of April I had 2450 visits to my blog through the Adgitize ad.
So, many thanks for creating Adgitize and many thanks for the great way in which you run it, Ken!
There is the saying ‘More power to your elbow!’ but in this age of the computer and the mouse, I think it should be changed to ‘More power to your finger!’

and second, congratulations Ken for a job well done, you’ve been true to your words since Adgitize started 6 months ago.
I’m also hoping like Rik, the champion for this month’s race
, that some if not all network advertising will follow not only Adgitize business model but also Ken’s attitude towards its members.

@Borzack - we are actually working on a report that will do what you suggested. Great idea.
Thank you all for the kind comments! You all realize that Adgitize is just a vehicle for you all to ride and build your blogs. You still have to put in the gas and start the engine!
@Rik - Your “Adgitize Quick Guide” is excellent! I recommend it as must reading for all Adgitizers.
@Symposio - I had to look up the idiom “More power to your elbow.” I had never heard that phrase before. Thank you and “More power to YOUR finger!”
I wish you all a great May. It has started rather nicely and I think as the word gets out that Adgitize pays each month and drives traffic you will benefit greatly.

Hi Ken,
By “lucky”, I meant that I had followed my instinct when I signed up for Adgitize. Back in the beginning, we really didn’t know exactly how things worked, other than we got paid when we blogged, clicked, advertised and drove traffic.
You’ve put some solid figures together so we can all lay our plans and get to work in earnest.
I’m of the opinion that the one area still lagging a bit is in referrals. I have three, one of whom advertised for a month, and then quit.
What would you think about some kind of internal communication system so we could contact our referrals and encourage them to keep participating? We’d be helping you as you are helping us.
Shari

Hi Kex,
Nice information over here ,but still I have one confusion that how do you convert adviews and pageviews into points, means what is the ratio for that .I see that in leaderboard there are people who are having total 9000 points and I can hardly get more than hundred /day means 30×100=3000 points by maximum.
my page views and adviews are quite well but I don,t see that much rise in my points. So please can u brief over here regarding the conversion method means ratio how many pageviews/adviews =1 point and how many points do I get for article and other activitites.
thanks,
anisha

Let me just add that I am suddenly just stuck at 25 and I have tried to click more but it only shows 25 as count. Can anyone help me?
Daisy’s last blog post..Saturday Seven
kexbrown said,
@Daisy - did you ever get past the 25 click points? you have to visit new blogs because you only get click points for once per blog visited.
Go to Member’s Lounge, Reports, and click on the link - Blogs Not Clicked Today. These are publishers you have not visited today. Find the Adgitize Ad Group and click an ad. Then choose another blog in the list and do it again.
kexbrown said,
@Anisha - There are 5 categories where points are rewarded. Ad views (showing ads on your blog), page views (a count of each time an Adgitize Ad Group is displayed), articles you write, click points (when you visit our advertisers), advertiser points.
Each of these categories have a maximum of 100 points per day. An advertiser receives 100 points a day. Writing a single article each day is worth 100 points. You can score up to 100 points each day by clicking on 100 advertiser’s ads within our network.
The final two categories Ad Views and Page views are dependent upon your blog traffic. The more traffic you receive the more points you will earn. But, this is a sliding scale not a one to one conversion of traffic to Adgitize points.
The reason for the sliding scale is to give the blogs with less traffic more points than they would otherwise receive compared to blogs with millions of page views a year.
There is also an advertiser’s bonus. You can double your Page Views and Ad View points each day as an advertiser. You also only have to click 50 ads instead of 100 ads to receive 100 points. We encourage all our members to become advertisers.
Daisy said,
Oh wow this helped! Thanks kexbrown! Although now I see I have 101 sites visited and there are 102 available. I clicked on more than 10 sites at the same link but my count was stuck to 101. Isnt it that “Total Publisher Clicks Earned Today = Total Advertisers Available to Click then you will earn 100 points” ?
Daisy’s last blog post..Monday Movie Meme IX
kexbrown said,
@Daisy - Yes that is that is true, but after you reach 100 ads clicked you stop receiving click points. If the banner at the bottom of the Adgitize Ads says ‘Adgitize 100′ then you have clicked the maximum ads to score 100 points for that day.

Hi Ken,
Frislty can I thank and congratulate you on your success to date. You service is second to none and the help you have dished out is tremendous, not just to me.
Can I ask that the 300+ points earned should give 76 cents to $1 dollar a day. I have been getting .48 - .66 cents max each time I am over the 300 and stuill don’t reach the .76 with over 400 points. Is there a reason for the lower earnings?
Regards
Martin
Martin’s last blog post..Walt Disney Invades Bulgarian Television
kexbrown said,
@Martin - Yes, the reason for the lower earnings comes from the fact we have twice as many people over the 300 mark as we had last month. We have more advertisers which definitely has helped keep earnings as high as they are.

This makes a lot more sense now … thanks for posting this up. You should have a link to this from the FAQ which is not very clear on how the system actually works.
Btw … these sentences, I don’t really understand:
“Page views and ad view points are difficult to receive 100 points each day. The system is designed so blogs with 100 ad views a day will receive a few points and blogs with 10,000 ad views a day will score 100 or less points a day.”
Do you mean … it is difficult to get 100 points from page and ad views? And that a blog with 100 ad views will only get a few points while a blog with 10,000 ad views will get as much as 100 points?
Caddy’s last blog post..Follow US Women’s Open on Twitter
kexbrown said,
@Caddy - yes, you interpreted my comment about the ad views and page views correctly. It is a sliding scale and is determined by the amount of traffic to your blog. It is designed to give newbies a better chance to score some points and compete with the larger more well known blogs.

Thanks! ^^

@fedhz - Adgitize works out of the Chicago area and our day runs from midnight to 11:59PM Chicago Time.
Yes, you can do all these things in a 24 hour period. If you are advertising you only have to click 51 ads to score 100 click points. I don’t know how long it takes for you to write an article. Hopefully, not too long.
The rest are passive activities.
