A Great Day for Adgitize Publishers

Posted by kexbrown on July 8, 2009

This was indeed a wonderful day for Adgitize Publishers. We sent out the June Publisher Payouts. If you didn’t receive a payout and you were over $10 accumulated dollars then make sure you have entered your PayPal address in the Profile section. (Login -> Member’s Lounge -> Profile)

Top Publisher Receives $53.54.

Just some quick fun facts. The top earner received an amount of $53.54. Not a bad income for a month. We had 2 publishers over $30. This was a little down from last month. Mostly because we tripled the number of publishers over 300 points per day and we only doubled the number of advertisers. Yes, we ONLY DOUBLED the number of advertisers. Now, that is a good problem.

We had 14 publishers who earned over $20 and 32 publishers earned over $14 for the month. More than enough for them to buy an ad or get a couple of ice cream cones. I love summer. Many more publishers earned between $10 and $14 for the month. We paid out over $1300.

My recommendation for July. Try to get in the 300 point range each and every day. Write an article as often as possible. Visit 100 advertisers each day. Keep attracting new visitors to your site and why not try an ad on the Adgitize Ad Network. It will surprise you the number of new visitors and it is only $14 for a FULL MONTH. Not one day. Not one week. Not on just one blog. On over 1500 ACTIVE blogs within our network of publishers for a full month.

See Your Blog on the Leaderboard

Now getting in the 300 point range everyday will not guarantee that you will earn over $14 a month, but you should get pretty close and it will be fun to see your blog on the Leaderboard.

Thank you Advertisers for choosing our network and providing the money to pay the publishers. And thank you Publishers for choosing the Adgitize Ad Network for your blog.

Thank you Adgitize. I received my first payout!

After trying out Adgitize for 3 weeks, I started being an Advertiser last 6/15 and I am really happy with the results.

Wow, this is great. I just joined adgitize and have yet to reap the benefits but I think the $14 price point for 1 month worth of ads across 1500 blogs sounds like a great proposition.

I’m still not sure how everything works but hopefully will figure it out in a few days.

@Caddy – It is a wonderful price for bloggers to advertise. If you are looking for more information to help you figure this all out then read this article, http://www.adgitize.net/blog/2009/05/07/how-to-score-100-points-a-day-in-adgitize/.

    Welcome to Adgitize.

@Czaroma – Wow, in only 15 days you did well enough to receive a payment. I am impressed. Welcome to Adgitize!

    Hello Ken,

Thanks for your the payment, it has been over 24$ whereby 21$ have been from the advertising period 31/05/09-30/06/09. So i was sure to renew the ad for July :-)

You suggest caddy to read the “100 points a day”-blog post… could you update the earning numbers there monthly because at the moment these NUMBERS are unrealistic.

I get usually 460 points each day. The highest earning has been 88 cents (only on one day), on average i get between 60 and 70 cent.
possible You wrote from 300 points onwards the “lowest” earning would be already more than 70 cent…

It would be fair-play for the new members who join/joined Adgitize to see the “really” achievable earnings.

By the way, can i use the affiliate code /?affid=xxxx on every page in Adgitize or just on the mainpage. I would like to link it to the blog so that the possible new members get some more informations about payout and so on?

    Thanks for your help!

  • kexbrown said,

@Cornyman – that is a good idea. The numbers have definitely changed since that first month after I wrote that article. I will update to “today’s” numbers.

As far as the affiliate code. Right now you will only get the new referred affiliate if it is directed to adgitize.com/?affid=xxxx.

I will see if we can change that.

Aside from my ads in Adgitize, I also put adverts, since June 5, 2009, in Project Wonderful (PW) and in CMF Ads member blogs. I put my ads on the blogs where the widgets were above the fold and with traffic and rank, based on the stats provided by PW and CMF, respectively.

I spent a total of $ 15 for the last 31 days to bid for the ad spaces 1n 40 PW member blogs, with bids ranging from $ 0.01 a day in some blogs to $ 0.20 a day in other blogs.

I also spent $ 15 for the last 31 days for my adverts on CMF member blogs, putting my ads in 25 blogs, with credits equivalent to $ 0.25 a month in some blogs to $ 1.25 a month in other blogs.

After 31 days, my stats are as follows:

For the 40 PW blogs, my aggregate total clicks — 71

For the 25 CMF blogs, my aggregate total clicks — 38.

In some blogs, I got 0 clicks for the last 31 days, while other blogs gave me just 1 click.

I have observed that the blogs that have provided me with the most clicks in PW and CMF were also Adgitize publishers which are also advertisers.

My conclusion: Adgitize is the only ad network in which my $ 14 for a 31 days ad had given my blog a total of 3,100 clicks for the last 31 days, at an average of 100 clicks a day.

Of course, this is not to compare and disparage PW and CMF Ads, which are also fine and wonderful ad firms, and of which I’m also a member.

But based on my personal experience, it was only Adgitize that has given my blog maximum exposure, not to mention the fact that my advert was seen in 1,5000 blogs for the last 31 days.

@Eli – thank you for the wonderful analysis. As a matter of information I will remind anyone that reads this that we (Adgitize) reward members for their clicking behavior. But, as an advertiser I realize that repetition is extremely important in getting blog visitors that “Stick” long after the advertisement stops appearing.

I was one of the members who earned over $20 for this month, AGAIN. :) I am really loving Adgitize! One of the great things is you reward publishers for making their blogs valuable to advertise on – they get more points as an incentive for more page views and posting often, which makes it a better place to advertise! That way, the quality of the network as a whole is increased – I’m not advertising just on a bunch of old, dusty pages no one visits. I’m advertising on active blogs that will get new visitors :D
